As the Manager, HR Technology - Recruiting & Journeys at Ford Motor Company, you will be at the forefront of leading and evolving two important pillars in our employee technology platform utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM, as well as other technologies. In this role, you will be the product/technology owner and will provide strategic leadership to enhance our recruiting and journey technologies and promote operational excellence through hands-on experience. Your mission will be to ensure that we maximize the capabilities of Oracle tools to achieve Ford's strategic objectives, provide exceptional user experiences, and drive efficiency and innovation across the company.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...
- Establish, own, and share a collective product vision and roadmap for Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Journeys and other similar technologies ensuring they align with Ford’s strategic goals, innovate processes and deliver an exceptional user experience. Maintain the delivery plan to monitor progress; identify potential issues with key stakeholders and keep HR leaders apprised of status.
- Lead and support a team of analysts ensuring a unified strategy that supports our business goals and user experience as well as team talent management responsibilities such as drafting goal and performance evaluations. Oversee Analyst work in the design, configuration, testing, delivery, and maintenance of system enhancements. Own critical operational tasks as needed.
- Work with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition to thoughtfully prioritize incidents, enhancements and projects based on feasibility, risk, and ROI and ensure the collective outcome meets the intended purpose.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to enhance and innovate the employee journeys such as onboarding, leaves of absence, offboarding and more.
- Partner with Oracle product teams to improve product capabilities and influence the strategic product roadmap for recruiting and journeys, including guided journeys, through regular engagement in customer events, community forums and advisory opportunities.
- Act as the lead interface with Digital HR and IT counterparts on matters related to the Oracle Recruiting platform, actively engaging in all agile ceremonies. Serve as the products’ subject matter expert while supporting complex projects, including integrations with other systems, security role definition, reporting needs and user training efforts.
- Ensure the integrity of the HCM system and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations, implementing appropriate security measures to safeguard sensitive employee data.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
