Job Summary
Responsible for developing analytics and insights to drive human capital strategy and driving informed business decisions. Support the execution of strategic initiatives through partnership with functional SMEs and the HR project management office. Drive process improvement efforts in support of the HR planning and operations function.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Develops and executes processes in support HR planning and strategic initiatives.
- Manages and analyzes human capital data, conducts research for trends and benchmarks, and provides meaningful insights of both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Synthesizes information and translates into effective presentations for communication to senior leaders.
- Identifies opportunities and drives process improvement related to the HR planning and operations function.
- Performs quarterly strategic reporting on progress against HR goals and work plan status.
- Partners with HR functional leadership to develop and execute workforce planning processes and analytics.
- Conducts analysis and develops presentations in support of ad-hoc executive level requests related to HR strategy.
- Leads HR planning and operations-related projects, as well as broader HR strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
