    • Partner closely with Finance to ensure payroll reconciliation, financial accuracy, and compliance with wage and hour regulations
    • Manage payroll vendor relationships in coordination with Finance
    • Administer benefits programs, eligibility, and compliance requirements
    • Monitor benefit cost trends and support Finance with reporting and cost visibility
    • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of leave and benefit elections
  • Employee Lifecycle & Operational Discipline
    • Own and ensure disciplined execution of the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, documentation, and offboarding.
    • Establish and maintain compliant, consistent HR operational processes aligned to company policy and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and employment records are accurate and executed with precision.
    • Maintain clear documentation standards and audit-ready processes across all HR operations.
    • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen operational reliability and reduce risk.
    • Serve as system owner for the HRIS platform, ensuring configuration, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflows align with operational standards and compliance requirements.
