Join our HR Operations team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As Manager, HR Operations, you will lead and develop a team while ensuring excellent HR service delivery across the organization. You'll oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, provide strategic guidance to business partners, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you'll manage HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and contribute to creating an inclusive workplace culture that supports our workforce.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in HR, with 2-3 years in leadership roles
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in HR shared services or operations management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
• Experience in team development and performance management
• Advanced proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
• Expert level Microsoft Office skills for data analysis and presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent project management and process improvement skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across all organizational levels
• Travel may be required
