As an HR Manager for our Kalasin & Sikhiu manufacturing plants, you will serve as a strategic business partner and people leader, enabling our plant teams to thrive through effective talent management, performance improvement, employee engagement, and compliance with Thai labor law. You will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies that support operational excellence and business growth.
What you will do :
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership teams across Kalasin and Sikhiu sites
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Partner with TA and L&D teams to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance
- Lead local implementation of HR policies, compensation reviews, and reward programs
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor regulations and internal policies
- Provide HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements to enable data-driven decisions
What you will bring :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Work experience in HR field, preferably in a MFG environment and in MGR position is a plus.
- Team player, proactive, creative, creative, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
