As an HR Business Partner – Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, championing organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering impactful solutions across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:- Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to design and execute talent strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, and succession readiness.
- Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and energized workplace. Drive employee engagement through thoughtful programs and data-driven insights.
- Organizational Design & Change Leadership: Guide leaders through organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs across regions to ensure consistency and alignment in talent initiatives and HR processes.
- HR Program Execution: Own the delivery of core HR programs—performance management, leadership development, compensation analysis, and more.
- Employee Relations & Advocacy: Navigate employee relations with empathy and strategic insight, fostering trust and resolution.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and measure the impact of people strategies.
- Project Leadership: Spearhead HR projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in dynamic, global environments.
- Proven success in driving performance, engagement, and leadership development.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional formatting).
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and results.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to influence, inspire, and inform across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Change agent who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Collaborative partner with strong project management capabilities.
