Meet Slingshot

At Slingshot Aerospace, we're on a mission to make space safer and more secure for everyone. Our work directly impacts global security, disaster response, climate monitoring, and the critical infrastructure that connects our world. We're a team of builders, thinkers, and problem-solvers who believe that the next generation of space operations will be powered by better data and smarter software.

We move fast, we're not afraid to fail, and we believe the best ideas can come from anywhere—whether you're in engineering, sales, product, or operations. If you want to work on something that truly matters, with people who care deeply about the impact we're making and help shape the future of an industry that's just getting started, you're in the right place.

 What You’ll Be Launching

Slingshot Aerospace is seeking a Manager of Growth, APAC to join our international team and lead our expansion across one of the most dynamic space regions in the world.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will shape and execute Slingshot’s growth and sales strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, building trusted relationships with government, defense, and commercial space organizations. You will help customers achieve their mission objectives by demonstrating how Slingshot’s Space Operations Intelligence and Autonomy capabilities can deliver advantage for them.

Space operations are evolving rapidly. Nations and commercial operators are facing new challenges in maintaining awareness, resilience, and operational superiority in orbit. In this role, you will work closely with customers as they adapt to these changes—helping them understand how Slingshot’s data, platforms, and mission support capabilities can help them maintain the edge.

We're building a team of sharp, creative people who love solving hard problems. Bring your expertise, your fresh ideas, and your drive—we'll bring the rocket fuel.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
  • Lead Slingshot Aerospace’s growth strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, identifying and developing new opportunities with government, defense, and commercial space organizations
  • Build and manage an ambitious but qualified opportunity pipeline, positioning campaigns for long-term success
  • Develop deep relationships with regional space agencies, defense organizations, and commercial operators
  • Work closely with customers to understand their mission objectives and operational challenges, demonstrating how Slingshot capabilities support their success
  • Design and execute regional go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and strategic engagements
  • Represent Slingshot Aerospace at industry events, government engagements, and strategic partner meetings across the region
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure customer insights inform product development and mission capabilities
  • Support and grow a small regional team as Slingshot expands its international footprint
Pre-flight Checklist
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, strategic growth, or enterprise sales
  • Experience working in the space sector, or within defense, intelligence, or national security environments
  • Demonstrated success developing strategic customer relationships in complex international markets
  • Ability to build and manage qualified pipelines and multi-year strategic opportunities
  • Strong understanding of government procurement, defense programs, or commercial space operations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical capabilities to both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer mission needs with technical solutions
  • Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region as required
Bonus Cargo
  • Prior experience in space domain awareness, satellite operations, or space data platforms
  • Existing network within APAC space agencies, defense ministries, or commercial space companies
  • Experience supporting mission-critical government or defense programs
  • Experience working with dual-use technologies or advanced analytics platforms

We're building a constellation here, not looking for identical satellites. Every member of the team brings different capabilities to the same mission. If your orbit intersects with ours and you're mission-ready, send it.

What We Do

Slingshot Aerospace builds world-class space simulation and analytics solutions. We are driven by our vision of accelerating space sustainability to create a safer, more connected world. Space is increasingly complex due to the exponential growth of global launch activity, the proliferation of new data sources, and the ever-growing body of new satellites and debris. Organizations are making mission-critical decisions in this high-risk environment and they need the right information at the right time. Slingshot Aerospace empowers government and commercial space organizations to better design, manage, and safeguard their assets, as well as mitigate risks, to ensure safe and reliable operations for all space-faring users. We are achieving this by bringing the space domain into the digital environment and fusing together data from different sources to provide a full, dynamic orbital picture. In doing so, Slingshot Aerospace customers can make decisions at the speed of relevance and achieve clarity in complex environments.
