What You'll Accomplish
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Solutions Marketing Managers
- Own and evolve Attentive’s multi-product narrative across prospect and customer touchpoints like QBR decks
- Develop and drive high-impact sales plays aligned to key customer problems, verticals, or sales motions, including messaging, enablement materials, and activation plans
- Provide consultative support on high-value deals, partnering with design and PMM to tailor materials and messaging for strategic opportunities
- Support QBRs, account planning sessions, and custom pitch development with scalable, on-brand assets and templates
- Guide the development of customer-facing content like case studies, pitch decks, and 1-pagers that bring our value to life
- Oversee Beyond the Message, our quarterly flagship customer webinar series, in partnership with Product Marketing, Comms, and Customer Marketing
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to deliver content and training that drives adoption and consistency in the field
- Stay closely aligned with Product Marketing and Voice of Market to ensure messaging reflects buyer needs and market trends
Your Expertise
- 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or a related GTM role, with at least 1–2 years of people management experience
- Strong storytelling skills: able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Demonstrated success in developing and activating sales plays that drive pipeline and retention
- Experience providing high-touch enablement for strategic sales or customer conversations
- Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing marketers
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A customer-first mindset and a bias toward action
- Experience working for a multi-product B2B SaaS company is a plus
