Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Define and own the global Order to Cash (O2C) strategy, covering collections, cash application, reporting, credit management, and dispute resolution.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of O2C across geographies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to ensure seamless integration of O2C processes into system architecture.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness for both O2C and Treasury functions.
- Lead change management and training initiatives to support successful adoption of new tools and processes across teams.
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements in both O2C and Treasury operations.
- Own the global Treasury and Cash Management (TCM) framework, including cash forecasting, payment processing, and cash accounting.
- Implement best practices in treasury operations to optimize cash utilization, mitigate financial risks, improve working capital, and optimize global cash positions.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in O2C and Treasury functions, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven experience in process transformation, ERP systems, and automation tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive global initiatives.
