The Global Process Owner (GPO) Manager for Order to Cash (O2C) and Treasury & Cash Management (TCM) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, standardization, optimization, and governance of global O2C and TCM processes. This strategic role ensures alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all regions and business units.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Define and own the global Order to Cash (O2C) strategy, covering collections, cash application, reporting, credit management, and dispute resolution.  
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of O2C across geographies to enhance operational efficiency.  
  • Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to ensure seamless integration of O2C processes into system architecture.  
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness for both O2C and Treasury functions.  
  • Lead change management and training initiatives to support successful adoption of new tools and processes across teams.  
  • Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements in both O2C and Treasury operations.  
  • Own the global Treasury and Cash Management (TCM) framework, including cash forecasting, payment processing, and cash accounting.  
  • Implement best practices in treasury operations to optimize cash utilization, mitigate financial risks, improve working capital, and optimize global cash positions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in O2C and Treasury functions, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in process transformation, ERP systems, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive global initiatives.
