Manage process and preparation of external disclosures 60%

  • Develops strategic approach and narrative across ESG voluntary and mandatory reporting submissions in partnership with the controlling team who ensures data accuracy and communications team.
  • ESG Reporting Narrative (mandatory and voluntary) - set standards and provide SME
  • Aggregates and aligns narrative up and across the organization inclusive of KH Executive team.
  • Captures risks & interventions across the ESG agenda related to upcoming reporting framework requirements (TNFD, TCNFD, CSDR, ect)
  • Manages library of ESG case studies to support external communication as well as inspire internal organization.
  • Works with controlling team to prepare organization for upcoming CSRD requirements


ESG Investor Relations Management 40%

  • Prepares global narrative for IR conversations across ESG agenda in collaboration with the central IR team.
  • Ensures leadership is properly briefed for engagements with external stakeholders.

5+ years Experience managing the ESG disclosure process and narrative for a large multi national organization. In depth understanding of the implications of disclosure statements and accuracy. Understanding ag dominant supply chains and the challenges therein - understanding of ag procurement, decarbonization, nature, and supply chain sustainability challenges and opportunities. Experience of working and driving ESG change in commercial complex environments. 8+ years of experience in program management roles including cross-functional stakeholder management; formal program management training a plus. Multi-year experience working on sustainability strategies definition and implementation, preferably in FMCG Multi-year experience in process redesign (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) Multi-year experience working across cultures in a large multinational environment Multi-year experience in defining and managing budget across functions in a complex multinational environment

Strong result orientation, self-management, organizational skills and personal drive - strategic thinker able to connect sustainability with non technical partner functions. Sophisticated stakeholder management throughout the organization to:

  • Organize and coordinate cross functional team efforts
  • Set the ground for collaborative vision and strategy definition
  • Be able to make the complex simple and influence to create change
  • Establish collaborative operating models across functions
  • Design and implement new cross-functional processes, rituals and routines
  • Build effective tools / standardization templates across the organization
  • Manage financial budgets and tradeoffs across multiple agendas
  • Ability to influence business decisions and lead change, including
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. present to and communicate with senior leaders)
  • Ability to grasp and introduce innovations in the operating model (e.g. agile)
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across cultures Be able to build a business case for sustainability Proficient in English; Microsoft applications.
