This isn't a role for someone who wants to run plays someone else designed. We're looking for the person who writes the playbook, hires to it, builds the automations that power it, and holds the team accountable to outcomes that actually move the business.
The RoleYou'll own global pipeline generation, inbound and outbound, and build the AI-augmented SDR engine that powers it. That means strategy, hiring, tooling, and execution, all at once. The right person for this role has done it before, thrives without a blueprint, raises the bar for everyone around them, and reaches for AI before reaching for headcount.
You might be this person if:- You've rebuilt an SDR org mid-flight, new process, new tools, new expectations, without losing the team in the process
- You think in systems: every workflow you design is repeatable, measurable, and improvable. You default to automation first and manual process only when nothing else fits
- You've moved AI from "pilot project" to "how we actually work" and have the productivity numbers to prove it. That means live enrichment pipelines, automated reporting, and sequencing logic that runs without hand-holding
- You've built internal tooling that your team actually uses daily, whether that's a custom GPT, a connected workflow in Make or n8n, or a dashboard that didn't exist before you built it
- You don't wait for perfect data to make a call. You move, measure, and adjust faster than most people plan
- You know how to unlock performance across EMEA, APAC, and North America without applying the same playbook to all three
- You coach SDRs with specificity, not just what to do, but why it works and how to get better. You build the tools that reinforce that coaching daily
- You obsess over conversion rates, sequence performance, and SQL quality, not just activity metrics
- 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years managing an SDR team with direct ownership of SQL and pipeline targets
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI in the SDR motion, from pilot to scaled program, with measurable impact on productivity or cost efficiency
- Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, lead enrichment pipelines, or AI-assisted sequencing tools. Using platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or agentic tools like Claude Projects or similar is a strong plus
- A track record of shipping internal tools or automations that other people on your team rely on, not just using AI to go faster personally
- Experience operating across global regions (EMEA and APAC experience is a strong plus)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Design and execute a global prospecting strategy, outbound and inbound, that generates consistent, high-quality pipeline at scale
- Build and scale an AI-augmented SDR engine: identify the right tools, integrate them into daily workflows, and make human + machine efficiency the default, not the exception
- Own the automation layer: lead enrichment pipelines, AI-assisted outreach, and automated reporting tied to team activity and calendar events, so the team spends time selling, not assembling data
- Define the KPIs that matter, track them rigorously, and course-correct fast when something isn't working
- Recruit SDR talent globally, then develop them into high-performers with clear expectations, structured coaching, and real career paths
- Experiment relentlessly across markets. Adapt messaging, sequencing, and targeting to regional nuance without losing global alignment
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to tighten the handoff from prospect to opportunity to closed revenue
- Lead a distributed team with urgency and clarity. Keep everyone accountable, aligned, and motivated across time zones

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 OTE. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

With those values in mind, we require all employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum.
