The Role

Cin7 is a fast-growing global software company that provides solutions for modern-day product sellers. We help these sellers keep track of their inventory at scale, and help them sell their products across multiple sales channels around the world.

We’re looking for a top-tier technical leader to drive excellence in QA. You’ll lead global teams, mentor high-caliber talent, and refine best-in-class QA practices—all while staying hands-on at a senior architect level.

What you bring:

✅ Sharp analytical and structural thinking

✅ Proven ability to plan and execute at scale

✅ Expertise in building, refining, and optimizing processes

✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills

✅ Leadership in global QA teams and talent evaluation

✅ A minimum of 7 years leadership experience

✅ Deep knowledge of software tech, with AI/LLM expertise in QA
