Position Summary
• Manage processes or projects within a defined budget and revenue targets set by management.
• Oversee decentralized global innovation teams with a focus on collaboration.
• Lead without direct reports, focusing on mentoring and cross-functional team management.
• Conduct proof of concept tests and pilots for strategic initiatives.
• Identify and clarify business requirements for innovation and strategic projects.
• Develop unique solutions for lotteries, retailers, and players, and communicate them directly with lottery customers.
• Present at industry conferences and tradeshows, overseeing strategy, messaging, and content execution.
• Support department leads and management on strategic initiatives related to changing technology and trends.
• Provide holistic strategic product enhancement recommendations, game ideas, and placement strategies to the sales team.
• Monitor external influences and industry landscape for new opportunities.
• Provide resources, tools, strategic direction, and marketing materials to the Global Sales team to facilitate growth in product enhancement and innovation.
• Onboard new employees on global innovations and the instant product market.
• Contribute to newsletters for global lottery customers with relevant data, industry trends, and strategic product enhancement goals to drive revenue and retail sales.
• Prepare financial reports and construct detailed financial models and return analyses.
• Drive the development, sustainability, and growth of global strategic product enhancement revenue.
• Report quarterly on strategic product enhancement revenue actuals to goals and forecasts.
• Work independently under limited supervision.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in related field (desired, but not required).
Years of Related Experience
7 to 10 years of experience in Innovation, the Lottery Industry, or a related discipline.

• Ability to succeed in both team and self-directed settings.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• High proficiency in Microsoft programs (Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to attend weekly in-person meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions and presentations as needed.
