A day in the life
As a Manager, Global Operations you will play a key role in supporting Global Operations by assisting in property and asset management activities. Your responsibilities will include helping with the development and implementation of best-operating practices and policies, driving consistent use of technology, and assisting in process improvement for innovation and efficiency. You will work closely with the RECX VPs, RECX Organization, Essentials, IT, Accounting, Procurement, and CX teams. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing training materials and programs for the RECX organization.
  • Help implement initiatives across the entire RECX organization globally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the RECX organization, Regional leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and oversight of A/R and operating expense reporting. 
  • Provide support to ensure a solid understanding of different market nuances and assist in finding creative solutions with local teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive service to regional teams.

Building blocks for success
Required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in real estate asset management and operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data effectively.
  • Detailed understanding of Prologis Operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Concise and clear communication (oral and written).
  • Comfort with ambiguity, capable of working independently. 
  • Positive, proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).

Preferred:

  • Expert proficiency in Prologis platforms; FM, Yardi, etc.

Hiring Salary Range of: $98,000 - $144,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
