Job brief:

Keelson Strategic is seeking an experienced security Operations Manager to join our Global Operations team supporting clients worldwide. Within this dynamic, fast paced position you will work with clients and stakeholders to develop concepts of operations, logistical support, cost projection, support implementation, communications, oversight and billing to support global executive protection programs. This position requires a high degree of dedication, cognitive ability, 24/7 responsiveness, intellectual maturity, effective communication skills across cultures and individuals and above average accounting and financial literacy.

Responsibilities:

·    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·    Utilize best practices, experience and collaboration to develop operational plans.

·    Organize personnel and resources globally with specific timeframes.

·    Identify and implement new technologies and processes to optimize productivity.

·    Work effectively with internal and external multicultural teams.

·       Produce and distribute documents, contracts and other deliverables.

·       Organize and track personnel across different teams and communications platforms.

·       Provides after-hour emergency response as required.

Requirements:

·       7yrs minimum experience in high-end Executive Protection management, operations or logistics.

·       A Batchelors degree or higher.

·       Above average proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·       High level of customer service, ability to communicate across cultures and personalities.

·       High level of technical and analytic skills or ability to adapt to unique situations under defined time limits.

·       Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes with competing priorities.

·       Excellent communication interpersonal skills consisting of precise and professional language in spoken and written communications.

·       Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.

·       Ability to work all hours as required.

Salary and Benefits:  

$120,000 annual compensation
