Key Responsibilities
- Grow the treasury business through marketing with new and existing treasury customers.
- Pricing and structuring both asset and liability solutions across all asset classes and also hybrid.
- Organizing client events – seminars, trainings, appreciation luncheon/dinner etc.
- Work with the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) division on account plan for major clients, structured financing opportunities, procedures and documentations for treasury related facilities and deals.
- Conduct training on Treasury solutions or products to the BCB and Trade counterparts.
- Formulating business plan and strategies for the region/portfolio assigned.
- Tracking of run rate and pipeline deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Treasury Sales and Marketing.
- Familiar with FX Option, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodity Solutions, Pricing, and Structuring.
- Strong in Marketing and Relationship Building.
- PPKM Licensed.
