TITLE: Manager Global Marketing, Seller Enablement
LOCATION: Bridgewater, NJ or Chicago, IL or Westchester, IL (Hybrid)
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Global G2M & Seller Enablement
A Sales Enablement Manager is a vital role focused on boosting a company's sales team performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness in a competitive market. They act as a crucial link between sales and marketing, ensuring the sales team has the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to convert prospects into customers.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement enablement strategy: Design and execute strategies aligned with overall business and revenue goals.
Onboarding & Training: Create and manage training programs for new and existing sales hires, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
Content & Resource Management: Curate, create, and maintain a library of high-impact sales content (e.g., playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards) and ensure easy access to enablement platforms and CRM tools.
Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and ensure consistent execution across the sales cycle.
Performance Analysis & Feedback: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-ramp, quota attainment, and win/loss rates to continuously refine enablement efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support across the organization.
Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems, content management platforms, and sales engagement platforms.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, sales, or related fields, preferably within a high-growth environment.
Sales & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger), buyer journeys, and market trends.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize enablement programs.
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce), content management systems (e.g., Highspot), learning management systems (e.g., Lessonly), and other sales enablement tools.
Certifications: Certifications in sales methodologies or training programs can be a plus.

· Are able to foster strong relationships across functions and regions to help establish best practices
· Have advanced ability to communicate in English
· Deliver on commitments and meet deadlines on time
· Ability to travel domestically, on an as-needed basis
Qualified candidates will have:
· Bachelors Degree with an MBA or graduate degree preferred
· Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing, sales enablement, sales training, or other relevant experience
· Proven expertise successfully engaging with sales teams and leading cross-functional, cross-regional projects, and delivering customized presentations and content
· Proficiency in project management, CRM and sales enablement platforms
· Strong presentation and communications skills
· Experience in the consumer products, food or ingredients space

$119,520.00-$159,360.00 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
