The team does this globally through in-person and virtual experiences for our employees, potential employees, and business partners. The GBX team’s mission is to educate our broader community on Snap’s brands by creating opportunities to connect with them on a more emotional level. We’re looking for a Manager of Global Brand Experience, International, to join the Global Brand Experience (GBX) team at Snap Inc. based in Stockholm, Sweden!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Nordic event strategy, partnering closely with Marketing and Comms to build a detailed annual plan.

  • Deliver end-to-end B2B, creator, and consumer events, managing budgets, event staff, and execution.

  • Serve as the central point of information for project deadlines, timelines, deliverables, and feedback.

  • Maintain a global calendar and status sheet for the team, as well as individual timelines.

  • Champion continuous improvement across the team by optimising workflows and partnering with leadership to roll out new efficiencies.

  • Ideate and bring fresh creative concepts to life for regional campaigns and event experiences.

  • Collaborate seamlessly as part of a global team to align regional efforts with broader company goals.

  • Ensure all work upholds consistent Snapchat brand guidelines and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • You are an extremely skilled communicator, able to own and facilitate conversations regardless of group size or seniority level. You know how to explain things clearly and drive decision making. You also know how to be an active listener, and can easily tailor your inputs and communication style based on the group

  • You have a proven ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments (Leadership, XFN teams, Creative, Engineering, etc.) 

  • You have superb leadership skills, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • You have superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills.

  • You have a great attitude and a passion for Snap Inc.’s products and creativity.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8+ years of senior-level program management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Preferred qualifications: 

  • High competency and proven track record of program management of very large engagements, highly complex integrated campaigns. 

  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.

  • Experience with various project types, including digital, video, events, and social.

  • Experience working with program management tools (i.e. Smartsheet) 

  • Experience as a people manager is a plus. 

  • Experience working closely with C-level executives is a plus.
