About the role

We're looking for a Manager of Global Benefits to lead and improve our benefits programs, focusing on EMEA and APJ. You'll support the design, delivery, and communication of benefits to attract and retain talent. Reporting to our Senior Director of Total Rewards, you'll recommend plan changes, collaborate with leadership, ensure compliance, manage vendor relationships, and oversee special projects.

  • You will manage the design and implementation of global benefits in EMEA and APJ.
  • You will enhance benefit plans and policies.
  • You will monitor benefit trends and legislation; recommend updates.
  • You will evaluate programs, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • You will develop and deliver benefits training and communications.
  • You will oversee employee education materials and system accuracy.
  • You will collaborate with third-party consultants to assess plan competitiveness.
  • You will partner with regional HR, People Operations, and Payroll teams.

We are considering applicants for our Dallas, Culver City, and San Francisco offices.

About You

  • 8+ years of strategic experience leading benefits programs in global companies, specifically for EMEA and APJ, with a focus on scaling processes in a fast growth environment.
  • You have strong project management and analytical skills.
  • You have experience with benefits administration systems such as Workday.
  • You have deep benefits expertise to guide the team, brokers, and consultants.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of international health, welfare, and retirement plans.
  • You can conduct detailed analysis of the healthcare market for global employer plans.
  • You have effective communication skills and pay close attention to detail.
  • You are dedicated to improving the employee experience with employee-focused programs.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
