Manager, Geo Success, Global GTM Partner Programs

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Geo Success to lead a team of four Geo Success Managers across EMEA, APAC, NA, and LATAM. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a team of strategic business partners to regional Geo Ecosystem Leaders. You will be accountable for the performance and results of your team, overseeing the programmatic execution required to nurture and grow partner segments and ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes with SUSE solutions across all assigned geographies.
Critical to achieving excellent results will be your ability to adapt departmental plans to address resource challenges and guide your team through complex problems. This role sits within the Global GTM Programs function, reporting to the Head of Global GTM Programs.

How You’ll Contribute
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Geo Success Managers. Create people development plans and provide constructive feedback to help your team learn from experience and grow their careers.
Program Execution & Management: Drive the successful execution of global partner programs across all Geos. You will manage the execution of these projects, aligning team resources and efforts with strategic goals to ensure deliverables are met within scope and on time.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to Geo Ecosystem Leaders, adapting your team’s plans and priorities to address regional business objectives and operational challenges.
Partner Lifecycle Orchestration: Apply your expertise to guide your team in managing the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption, value realization, and renewal, ensuring a consistent and positive partner experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Global and Local Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams. Maintain open and consistent communication to influence outcomes and ensure a cohesive approach to partner success.
Ecosystem Health & Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor the health of the partner ecosystem and associated programs across all regions. Apply your analytical skills to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure partner retention and growth.
Escalation & Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical and business challenges, orchestrating internal SUSE resources and acting as an advocate for our partners to drive resolution.
Data-Driven Reporting: Ensure the team maintains accurate records of program adoption and success plan progress in our CRM. Consolidate and present data-driven reports and insights to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a leadership role within partner-facing functions such as Partner Experience, Partner Program Management, or Partner Enablement, with a focus on managing teams across multiple geographies.
Strong understanding of automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence individuals and small groups to align on key ideas and initiatives.
Highly data-driven, with a proficient ability to analyze complex global data sets, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations that impact your function.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team environment, collaborating with a diverse range of international stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with comfort making decisions to navigate complex global challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
