Partner with Global Business Partner Leader and People Partners to create and execute enablement strategy for all corporate People programs (Reach Performance, Rewards Cycle, Engage, etc.). Partner with M4/V1+ people leaders to provide 1:1 coaching and guidance related to career growth and planning, development, and other People matters. Partner with M4/V1 leaders to provide support, coaching, and guidance on the following People programs, tools, and processes, including reach Performance Annual Reviews, Check-Ins, and Promotions; annual base pay, stock, and bonus review cycle; team member engagement survey; Performance Support Plans (PSP), corrective action, demotions, and conflict resolution; and organization management (org structure, job title alignment and mapping). Share customer feedback on People programs with centers of excellence through appropriate channels. Share observations and insights from partnerships with M4/V1 leaders with GEBPs to inform functional and regional People strategies. In support of the GEBP and GBPL, influence and support execution of the following strategic initiatives through People analytics, presentation of metrics, material preparation, and sharing of insights, including strategic workforce planning; global footprint optimization/refresh; people movement (Acquisitions, divestitures, site closures, RIFs); organization design, transition change management; diversity and inclusion strategy; VP Onboarding (org specific); and people strategy aligned to business strategy. Provide guidance to GEBPs regarding best practices. Position requires domestic and international travel.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Economics, Human Resources, or related field, followed by 10 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Global Business Partner-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Coaching and Influencing at the senior leadership level;
2. Tying program execution to business objectives to enhance people outcomes;
3. Project management and personnel coordination;
4. Digital tools and technologies, including Workday, Power BI Analytics, Visier, Glint and Sharepoint, and Advanced Excel.
