The Impact You Will Have

As the Manager of Front Office Analytics, you will lead a team dedicated to developing and delivering analytics that support Sales, Product, and Market Intelligence functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with these departments as well as other organizational leaders in data and analytics to ensure strategic alignment. You will also provide cross-functional support for broker commissions, sales analytics, and sales operations by guiding the content and process of reporting, overseeing the analysis, and advancing self-service solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance Front Office analytics, leveraging established success to drive enrollment and financial growth.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and the HR Compensation team to support the Sales Incentive Program for internal sales reps.
  • Manage continued development of Broker reporting, including Book of Business, Commission Statement, and Channel-specific reports, ensuring these tools remain relevant, robust, and impactful.
  • Continue to optimize monitoring and tracking for New-to-Blue and Renewing client implementations, streamlining processes for even greater efficiency.
  • Direct ongoing development and refinement of sales performance reports, ensuring data remains actionable for sales leaders and brokers as market needs evolve.
  • Partner with the broader data and analytics teams to adapt and expand analytic methodologies, keeping pace with emerging trends and delivering insights in accessible, user-friendly formats.
  • Grow and nurture a consulting capability that is recognized company-wide; analysts who are trusted partners for account management, internal, and external clients, known for actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Guide staff development through strategic assignments, ongoing skill-building, policy updates, and performance reviews, ensuring resources are aligned with both current and future needs.
  • Maintain a clear perspective on Blue Cross’s long-term strategy, navigating challenges and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure the team’s priorities and capabilities consistently reflect and anticipate the company's strategic direction, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Experience in team leadership or direct management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources including modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative collaboration, teamwork, project management and cross functional communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate analytical information to both individuals and groups in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and to senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting having diverse professional backgrounds including business, technical and/clinical knowledge.
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in a programming language and tools (SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, QuickSight)

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.

Compensation and Benefits

$115,000.00 - $155,300.00 - $195,600.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
