The Manager, Fraud Product has a significant role in realizing the vision of the product strategy and ensuring that products and services are developed with the needs of our customers in mind. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with product, design, technology, program, business, regions, marketing, compliance and legal.

Role Responsibilities

  • To manage fraud product requirements, define and document business and operational processes, own end to end delivery for new features and capabilities from a strategic standpoint.
  • To evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes.
  • Own end-to-end Risk programs including requirements gathering, project socialization with other risk areas and help to guide Engineering team during refinement sessions.
  • Drive enterprise initiatives across products and platforms, ensuring alignment on scope from different areas, prioritization and follow the direction from Global Payments Risk.
  • To lead a Risk Product team and guide your direct reports towards upper management strategy.
  • Proposing new features and functionality to our Internal teams related to fraud controls and customer acquisition.
  • Workgroup interactions with vendors, service providers, and financial institutions around the globe to lead technical integrations with Risk ecosystem.
  • To interact and work with partners and leaders geographically spread across different time zones such as US, Europe, Central America.
  • Collecting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders and writing business stories and Epics.
  • Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions aligned with Risk strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations across different areas and audiences.
  • Evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes leveraging Industry standards.

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
  • Strong experience in Digital Banking, Digital Wallets, Cryptocurrency industries.
  • Proficiency in Agile processes and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Safe)
  • Excellent communication skills with strong sense of commitment, troubleshooting and ability to deliver in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Proven experience in implementation of Risk controls on Digital environments.
  • Strong knowledge in Jira, Confluence. Other tools such as Wrike, SharePoint, Visio are a plus.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal guidance.
  • Critical thinking with demonstrated ability to balance tactical and strategic work.
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply risk management practices in managing technical product development initiatives.
  • Good understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, UX and API.
  • Knowledge of the Payments Industry and Project Management.
  • Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Visio, Power BI)
  • Exposure in writing database SQL/Snowflake queries is a plus.
  • Ability in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks independently.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and team building skills.
