Manager, Franchise Management
Overview
Franchise LAC Team is looking for a manager to lead Mastercard's Customer Onboarding Ecosystem, from the enrollment of new customers as well as managing the customer life cycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, new technologies and platforms related to financial services and/or products. Highly motivated, self-driven, business oriented, intellectually curious, analytical and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
- Manage the licensing and onboarding activities for Customers.
- Establish relationship with customers and prospects to coordinate the proper onboarding according to Mastercard Standards and regulatory demands.
- Perform analysis, identify business and process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with key areas such as Legal, Risk, AML and Regulatory the execution of the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Facilitate and assist Mastercard Franchise teams to define appropriate standards to solutions.
- Coordinate key activities with Mastercard Global teams.
- Provide thought leadership on Customer and Network Enablement Partner models, customer ecosystem evolution, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Engage with customers to advise best practices.
- Establish alignment with regulatory teams to identify governing requirements.
- Provide reporting and status to Senior Management team.
- Respond to complex internal and external customer requests.

- Experience as an effective manager.
- Experience within Financial Industry, ideally with Fintech ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical skills, ability to work with data and documentation.
- Solid project management and process improvement skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and execute on key operational aspects and attentive to details.
- Ability to manage ambiguity.
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese a plus.
- Team-player with hands-on attitude, strong collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented.
