This position is responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget, and employee activities including forecasting and variance analysis. Monitors business and department adherence to approved budget.

- Builds and maintains relationships as key financial partner with executives and other management staff to effectively provide financial support, controls and analysis; partners with appropriate leadership to assist with making sound business decisions.
- Plans, develops, and coordinates business unit and field office forecasts and budgets; support the annual planning process by partnering with appropriate leadership and all divisional leaders,
- Prepares and reports on monthly financial analysis of variance between forecast and operating results for all business P&L lines.
- Drives analysis of business performance using financial and statistical techniques to evaluate business trends and the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Utilizes generated data to aid internal consulting with management in regards to improving performance, minimize financial risk, and seek out new opportunities.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all aspects of patients and/or employee information in compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security rules.
- Maintains compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, company policies/procedures and accreditation standards.
- Works within ethical standards to assure data validity and integrity.
- Develops key performance indicators measuring the financial health of the organization or assigned business units or functions.
- Recommends strategies meant to assist the organization in meeting its long-term financial objectives.
- Reviews past an current financial performance against budgeted estimates, and develops models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisions.
- May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
We are interested in speaking with candidates with the following…
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- Six (6) plus years progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; prior supervisory/management experience desired; Health Care experience is beneficial.
- Two (2) plus years leadership responsibility.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Ability to analyze variances in a timely manner and recommend solutions to close the negative variances; remaining within the confines of all applicable state; federal and other financial regulations.
- Consolidate KPI's across various functions within the business unit, and translate the impact of each to the financials. desired
- Ad Hoc analysis as required
- Strong analytical skills; attention to details
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, strong Excel for data compilation and aggregation; experience with financial systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities while producing quality materials
- Ability to work independently but as part of a team
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
