Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager, FP&A to join our FP&A team, based in Mohali, India (Hybrid), reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A in the FP&A department. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights and support across all aspects of the Americas and Channel GTM organization. As part of the General and Administrative team, you provide a strong foundation for growth for the world's cloud security leader.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Analyze and present comprehensive financial data, including variance analysis and KPIs, to senior management
Support the Sales function with critical financial metrics such as sales efficiency, productivity, and pipeline
Build and evaluate detailed, scenario-based financial models for investment priorities and their business impact
Develop and optimize operational and financial processes in collaboration with business systems for maximum efficiency and forecast accuracy
Lead QBRs and Annual Business Planning initiatives while coaching and guiding analysts on their projects

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
CA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on supporting sales, marketing, or GTM functions within a SaaS or technology company
Technical proficiency in Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL) or comparable visualization tools
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Xactly, Clari, or similar software systems
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven track record of leading and developing a team of 5+ analysts
Flexibility to work U.S. time zones for business meetings and peak quarterly reporting cycles
