What you'll be doing:

Lead the development of clinical trial data collection applications.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, customized solutions for clients.

Work with Product Development to shape the architectural direction of our products.

Oversee operational readiness tasks, including pilot projects and internal validation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain SOPs & SWIs.
-
Drive improvements in project delivery metrics: productivity, cost, delivery, and quality.

Communicate effectively across teams and departments, presenting technical decisions and driving consensus.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Influence the adoption of architecture, design, and technology standards.

Lead the team through project challenges, ensuring timely resolution and oversight.
What we look for:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
-
7+ years of experience in software development, with a track record of managing teams.
-
Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

Strong skills in prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-
Knowledge of SQL, Object-Oriented Programming, and software development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, GitLab, JIRA).

Familiarity with Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies.

A passion for continuous process improvement.
