This role educates, trains and engages VCUHS operational leaders related to the Vizient operational and clinical databases. This position, in partnership with VCUHS Operations, will provide in-depth interpretation of VCUHS data as compared to similar organizations related to benchmarking and productivity analysis.
This position will serve as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for the Vizient software.
Essential Job Statements
Performance Expectation: Supervision/Management/Education
Direct the collection and analysis of all financial and operational data to maintain the clinical and operational Vizient databases.
Ensures timely and accurate survey completion for all new and existing VCUHS surveys (Including Vizient)
Educate, encourage, and engage those operational leaders responsible for data submission for the Vizient clinical and operational databases.
With leaders, supports assigning and prioritizing responsibilities. Ensures accuracy and integrity of survey submissions.
Provides ongoing training and coaching to team members as needed.
Performance Expectation: Data Integrity
Reconciles financial survey submission to reported financial statements.
Partner with various financial and operation departments to retrieve required data.
Identify and document reports needed for survey completion from VCUHS systems of record using Workday, EPIC, Tableau and other sources as necessary.
Publish reports for financial and operational reference.
Serve as a resource for financial operational data analysis and interpretation.
Ensures compliance with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

$83,096.00 - $128,772.80Actual salary offers will be based on several key factors to include relevant work experience, credentials, and qualifications.
