Job Summary
The Manager FP&A primary responsibilities are the development of the revenue and direct cost plans for the growing Optimum Mobile business. Main responsibilities include developing budgets and forecasts, reporting of financial results, providing variance analysis and commentary for monthly management reports, assisting the business leaders to stay on course with goals and objectives, and main point of contact between FP&A and the Business Unit.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with business leaders to develop budget/forecast that reflects the revenue, direct cost and financial goals of the company and act as a resource to help achieve these goals. • Develop budget and forecast presentations, which clearly speaks to the strategy, goals, and financial objectives for the mobile business • Perform monthly forecast process for revenue and direct costs • Analyze and explain monthly revenue and direct cost variances to senior management and incorporate variances into monthly re-forecast process • Maintain mobile service revenue model; manage ARPU and churn • Work with pricing and offers team to manage sales, profitability and overall business objectives • Be the main point of contact between FP&A and the Mobile business leaders • Be the subject matter expert on all things Mobile - revenue, offers, pricing, strategy • Track and report key KPIs in Hyperion • Perform ROIs on business expansion opportunities • Complete pricing & margin analysis of promotional offers • Assist in the development of the long-range plan • Work with accounting to ensure accurate recording of monthly revenue and direct cost entries • Maintain monthly & quarterly P&Ls • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields • 5-8 years of experience performing financial analysis • Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills • Independent self-starter who thrives in taking the initiative and improving current processes with very strong attention to detail • Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs and charts • Effective use of time management to meet goals and objectives • Effective written and oral communication with employees of all levels • Ability to work cross functionally with other operational teams and departments

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
