Position Overview

As the Manager of FP&A, you will contribute to shaping the financial strategy of the company through rigorous analysis and forecasting.  This role requires a self-starter with a strong analytical background who can provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability.  Reporting directly to the CFO and working alongside a cutting-edge data analytics team, you will learn from seasoned analysts/professionals and have the opportunity to add immediate value to a rapidly growing business with sales that will exceed $100M this year.   

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes, partnering with business unit leaders to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and how their performance impacts our financial performance.      
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, communicating complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyze actual results highlighting key variances to plan, trends, and areas of opportunity or concern, owning all parent company reporting requirements.  
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the FP&A function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a track record of driving strategic insights and business results.
• Experience analyzing a subscription-based eCommerce business is preferred, including a strong understanding of drivers of lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC). 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams beyond finance, such as marketing, sales and operations.
• Detail oriented with a foundational understanding of financial statements.

Annual Pay Range:  $111,700 - $145,000, plus annual bonus target.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. Location and Work Model

Bonafide Health headquarters are in Harrison, New York, which is in Westchester County, approximately 22 miles north of Manhattan. Our team is operating in a hybrid work model and this role will have the flexibility to work remotely part of the time and in our physical office as needed.  Exceptional candidates may be considered for fully remote positions; EST working hours and travel to Harrison, NY will be required.
