The RoleWe are seeking a driven and analytically strong Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Value Creation team. This role is central to delivering rigorous buy-side and sell-side diligence projects, supporting value creation initiatives, and building lasting client relationships.
You’ll bring proven experience from a Big 4 or leading consultancy firm, with a track record of running key workstreams in financial due diligence engagements. You will take ownership of project delivery, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to shaping our differentiated, AI-enabled approach to deal support.
This is a hybrid role based in our Mayfair office and offers the opportunity to grow your career in a modern, entrepreneurial advisory setting.
Responsibilities
Manage key workstreams on complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments.
Perform detailed financial analysis on KPIs, earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow.
Develop insights on deal drivers, risks, and upside opportunities.
Work with senior team members to prepare reports, client deliverables, and recommendations.
Collaborate with our AI and data teams to enhance analytics and accelerate diligence delivery.
Support post-deal value creation initiatives, such as working capital optimisation, margin improvement, and efficiency programmes.
Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to business development and proposals.
Mentor and support Analysts and Associates in developing technical and commercial skills.
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Services from a Big 4 or leading consultancy.
Proven ability to manage workstreams independently across multiple engagements.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements.
Commercial acumen with the ability to translate analysis into client-ready insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in stakeholder discussions.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
