Key Responsibilities
- Support VP of Service Sales in the development and execution of multi-year Account/Sales strategy
- Support and Partner with AGS Sales, Business Development and Operations team on deal desk => value pricing, cost models and managing risk
- Support and Partner with Field Strategic Programs Office in developing, managing, and tracking Field Productivity Initiatives
- A key player in the adoption AGS Forecast Automation, Global Process and ERP Systems required to scale the AGS Business providing innovative solutions/approaches to current practices and challenges
- Lead and engage with non-finance executives and management to drive decisions for business growth
- Identify & drive opportunities to improve near-term financial performance and to focus on the strategic priorities necessary to achieve long-term profitable growth targets

U.S. Salary Range:
$148,000.00 - $203,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
