  • Governance & Controls: Draft & enforce master data policies, approval frameworks, and control requirements; maintain evidence/traceability for audit and compliance.
  • Data Quality Management: Design & Run data quality checks and periodic reviews; analyze defects and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Workflow & Approval Automation: Build automated workflows for request intake, validation, routing/approvals, and notifications.
  • Automation of Data Loads: Automate recurring master data loads/updates with validation, exception handling, logging, and reconciliation.
  • Requirements & Solution Design: Gather/document requirements; support fit/gap, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Systems Alignment & Integration: Ensure correct maintenance in system(s) of record and consistent propagation to downstream systems/reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Service Management: Communicate status/requirements; create guidance and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Standardize and streamline processes, controls, and automation to scale master data operations.

  Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Finance Systems, and/or Master Data Management in a global enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of Finance Master Data concepts and dependencies.
  • Functional familiarity with SAP Finance environments (configuration not required).

  • Enterprise data governance models, master data management tools, data stewardship, and data quality monitoring practices.
  • Master data integrations and downstream reporting/analytics consumption.
  • Automation tooling (low-code workflow, RPA, scripting, integration/ETL patterns) applied to master data/approvals.
  • SOP documentation, training, and user enablement.

Education Required:
