Manager Finance, Customer Service & Logistics
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead Finance Business Partnering for Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) across our India business.
This is an India-wide role partnering senior stakeholders across Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution and Co-packing. The role combines strategic Finance partnering with strong operational exposure - shaping business decisions, driving productivity and improving the financial performance of our end-to-end distribution network.
The role will also lead a team of 2-3 Finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key Finance Business Partner to the CS&L organization, bringing financial insight, challenge and recommendations into operational and strategic decisions.
- Own financial planning and performance management across freight, warehousing, distribution and co-packing, including budgets, forecasts and performance reviews.
- Lead the Finance agenda on CS&L productivity and cost optimization, helping improve logistics costs relative to business growth and Net Revenue.
- Partner Supply Chain and regional teams to identify key cost drivers, risks and opportunities and translate operational performance into financial actions.
- Provide financial leadership on inventory health and finished-goods ageing, partnering cross-functional teams to improve working capital and minimize losses.
- Support strategic decisions around logistics network, warehousing, transportation and co-packing, developing robust financial analysis and business cases.
- Drive strong financial governance while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the quality of decision support.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance professionals.
What We're Looking For
- 8-14 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably within FMCG, consumer, manufacturing or another complex operating environment.
- CA /CMA/ MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, ideally within Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing or Operations Finance.
- Strong understanding of cost management, productivity, planning, P&L drivers and financial decision-making.
- Ability to connect operational performance with financial outcomes and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and working across complex, cross-functional environments.
