Job Description
With our Executive Fast Track Program we invite you to shape the future of Bosch and your career as an executive leader in the field of commercial responsibility. During this 12 month intensive program, you will become equipped with everything you need to understand Bosch and your business division (Mobility Electronics, Semiconductor Operations). Together with you, we create a personalized development plan which will lead you to 2-3 rotations in the Roseville, CA factory and our sister plant in Reutlingen, Germany. While in this program, you will take over challenging projects and have the chance to interact with senior management representatives. With the guidance of a personal mentor at executive level, you will continue to expand your personal strengths.
Together with us, you will lay the foundation for your future as an executive leader at Bosch. For us, leadership means continuously advancing ourselves and other people, influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial and meaningful goals.
Place of work: Roseville, CA and Reutlingen, Germany (short-term assignment of 3-6 months)

Qualifications

Required skills:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting, which you completed with great success
- At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in a complex operations environment, ideally in a manufacturing plant, in the areas of Finance and/or Controlling
- You've already been recognized with some greater level of responsibility or a promotion in your work experience
What we also look for:
- Experience in leading teams, projects and business
- Worked successfully either on an international assignment or for an entity that operates internationally
- Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise
- Advanced SAP/R3 skills, ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO module
- Willing to relocate within the U.S. and the ability to complete an international assignment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $150,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
