The Role
The Manager, Finance Business Performance & Insights within the Brokerage Finance team will deliver the data, strategic insights and analysis to advise business strategy and decision making, measure and evaluate business performance, and monitor key initiatives. You will be a contributor to the development of executive presentations which will be used across multiple forums and widely across the enterprise. This role will provide an opportunity to work across the company and partner with other finance teams across the firm.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Sciences, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 1-3+ years’ experience in data analytics, and financial and business analysis, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Basic knowledge of finance-based datasets, methodologies a plus
- Experience in accessing disparate datasets and creating basic visualizations to drive analytical analysis of business performance
- Experience in Decision Support, Customer Analytics, Performance Measurement, and Revenue Models.
- You are flexible and can contribute to multiple projects concurrently
- Solid working knowledge of Brokerage or Wealth Business units a plus.
- Strong analytic, organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Contributes to work building concise, actionable stories for leaders
· Basic knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and some data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL)

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
