Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, which includes performing analysis on results variances
Prepare consolidated audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards
Manage consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts and preparation of budget paper
Manage the budgeting and financial planning process for the group, including detailed review and analysis on the submission
Manage statutory filings including financial statements, tax and MAS compliance
You are expected to deliver within tight deadlines. Other duties include involvement in year-end audit, preparation of reports and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
At least 6 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting
Experience in private equity real estate funds (Waterfall calculation, Net Assets Values calculations, yields, distributions, and other fund accounting) will be an added advantage
Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards SFRS(I)
Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics and SAP will be viewed favourably
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Liaison with Chinese stakeholders, proficiency in Mandarin is required
Excellent team worker with strong analytical, communication, people-management and organisation skills
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

Skills Required
- 6-8 years accounting experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience with consolidated reporting and statutory reporting
- Experience in private equity real estate funds (Waterfall calculations, NAV, yields, distributions, fund accounting)
- Proficiency in Mandarin for liaison with Chinese stakeholders
- Strong time management, prioritization, accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team; accountable
- Supervise junior accounting staff
- Familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller
- Familiarity with SAP
