Job Description
The Manager of Distributor Execution will help to define and drive execution for the overall strategy, objectives, and joint-business plans for our National Distribution customers. Reporting to the Director of National Distribution, this person will partner closely with cross-functional leaders while demonstrating outstanding tools, systems and processes to improve impact.
This role will be completely remote with 30-40% expected travel to the customer as needed.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to grow credibility with Distributor Field Offices and critical metrics and timelines to action against
  • Strategic grower of the field relationship, establishing KHC as a credible partner by providing analytical insights, sales planning, etc.
  • Supports annual and quarterly, mutually agreed to marketing plans across the product line to support new item distribution, securing features, and support of retail programs
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations & Planning, especially on building & leading the monthly forecast for Sysco to generate profitable sales by selling solutions that meet the customers needs
  • Run the opportunity pipeline effectively, identifying the biggest and most likely opportunities with assigned distributors and spending time disproportionally against them
  • Help to drive branded market share and SKU penetration through outstanding collaboration with culinary and other cross-functional teams across Kraft Heinz
  • Help to lead the RFP and contract review process
  • Develops professional relationships with all distributors personnel that can influence the sale of our products to include all functions: general manager and executive level, sales, marketing, merchandising, finance, operations, etc.
  • Build effective proposals based on customer needs, consumer insights and the customers decision criteria with accountability for delivering against sales targets and influencing customer strategy through storytelling
  • Lead DDT through the journey map of delivering a 2-3 year plan by crafting joint initiates and delivering through execution


Qualifications

  • P&L experience including leading a trade budget and achieving consistent, profitable growth a plus
  • Seasoned sales experience required with a demonstration of sales management resulting in profitable volume, customer penetration and relationship building
  • Experience in CPG, restaurant, culinary, and/or foodservice distributor industry required
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, leading to effective influence across partners
  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas with discernment that not every sales opportunity is equal

Base Salary Range: $99,100.00 - $123,900.00
Target Total Cash Range: $123,875.00 - $154,875.00
Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
