Qualys is looking for an exceptional Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Americas Field Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a great collaborator, communicator, and has a proven track record for successfully managing field programs from beginning to end. They will plan and execute regional marketing activities that build pipeline and drive revenue.
Working closely with the regional sales teams, product marketing and campaigns team the candidate will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated marketing plan to generate pipeline, with a high focus on new business, and expanding current accounts for the US Public Sector and Eastern Commercial region. What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with Regional VPs to develop marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the immediate needs of their markets and accounts. Leverage experience to find new and innovative ways to connect with customers and prospects while implementing proven tactics to drive new business and upsell pipeline.
- Create and execute targeted marketing programs that will positively impact revenues and provide ROI. Programs will include field events, thought leadership initiatives, executive programs, tradeshows, industry associations, virtual roundtables, partner events, and content marketing.
- Drive strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Determine ABM strategy priorities for the regional sales teams. Develop campaigns, manage rollout, review, and interpret insights for impact.
- Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and amplify marketing campaigns and field programs. Attend sales leadership meetings and help drive engagement.
- Build program assets, landing pages, registration forms, target lists, pre- and post-event communications for successful program execution. Ensure event follow-up communication, list upload, and leads are tagged properly to the campaigns for ROI tracking.
- Monitor to ensure campaigns and events are posted in the external event calendar and all necessary back-up documentation, event descriptions, purchase orders, and event costs are updated in Salesforce. Work with legal and procurement on contracts and purchase orders needed for regional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- Experience in B2B software marketing, cybersecurity and US public sector marketing highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation tools.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns concurrently.
- Comfortable communicating in a range of environments from C-Level to practitioners.
- Experience in marketing reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. Ability to organize and present data in a clear and concise manner. Comfortable presenting conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Experience in attending sales calls and QBRs for the territories supported.
- Have a “can do” positive approach while possessing a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment
- Willingness to travel
Locations: DC, VA, MD, NC, PA, DE, NJ
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
