We’re seeking a Manager, Experiential — a hard-working, creative, and strategic thinker eager to dive into the world of experiential marketing. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to hone their skills in experiential production from conception through execution. You’ll have the opportunity to support the development and delivery of best-in-class branded experiences, working alongside industry leaders while also providing high-level administrative support to the EVP, Experiential.
- Support the planning and execution of experiential activations, from intimate brand moments to large-scale tentpoles across national and international markets.
- Assist with vendor sourcing, contracting, timelines, production schedules, and on-site event execution.
- Support budget management, including tracking spend, submitting invoices, and reconciling expenses.
- Contribute to brainstorms and ideation for experiential concepts, RFPs, and proactive brand pitches.
- Help build visually engaging pitch decks, mood boards, recaps, and event materials using Canva, Keynote or PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Editorial, Trends & Insights) to ensure alignment with brand strategy and audience insights.
- Support events team on day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to RFP work, scoping, venue/vendor researching, moodboarding, event execution and more
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense submissions for the EVP, Experiential
- Support on larger t&e assignments for teams when necessary i.e. room blocks / travel for tentpole events
- Assist with meeting prep, note-taking, follow-ups, and general administrative organization for the experiential team.
- Maintain department files, project trackers, and team schedules across ongoing events and initiatives.
- Partner with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution.
- Contribute to research, trend tracking, and competitor analysis to inspire new ideas and elevate BDG’s experiential footprint.
- Lead vendor and venue outreach and support team leads on event-specific research needs
- Support post-event recaps, performance tracking, and documentation of best practices.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, events, or related creative fields.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Creative thinker with strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Proficiency in Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work occasional nights/weekends for event execution.
- A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude — someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and getting it done.
