As a Sales Manager, Account Management at HHAeXchange, you will lead a team of Account Managers focused on expanding revenue within our existing client base. You’ll be responsible for driving growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives, ensuring your team meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

As a key contributor to our continued success, you will provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to your team, refine expansion sales processes, and build deep expertise in our products and customer segments. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize the value of our core platform across our customer network.

This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our New York City headquarters (8:30am–5:30pm)

Essential Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on driving expansion within our existing client base
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our suite of add-on products
  • Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and key metrics to ensure attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement to deliver targeted training that strengthens product knowledge and expansion selling skills
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns and offerings with client needs and market demand
  • Establish and refine processes and tools that enable operational excellence and scalable growth within Account Management
  • Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to the VP of Sales
  • Motivate and mentor team members to exceed individual and team objectives
  • Champion a culture of customer success and retention by empowering Account Managers to act as strategic partners to their clients
  • Gather and share client feedback to help inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Travel to sales related events as required

  • Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing Account Management teams in a fast-paced sales cycle, focused on expanding client value through a portfolio of add-on solutions to our core agency management system.
  • Strong understanding of sales best-practices & methodologies  
  • Experience upselling to first-time technology buyers  
  • Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis in the homecare industry  
  • Bonus: experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry  
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $135,000 - $150,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
