Essential Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on driving expansion within our existing client base
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our suite of add-on products
- Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and key metrics to ensure attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Partner closely with Sales Enablement to deliver targeted training that strengthens product knowledge and expansion selling skills
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns and offerings with client needs and market demand
- Establish and refine processes and tools that enable operational excellence and scalable growth within Account Management
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to the VP of Sales
- Motivate and mentor team members to exceed individual and team objectives
- Champion a culture of customer success and retention by empowering Account Managers to act as strategic partners to their clients
- Gather and share client feedback to help inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Travel to sales related events as required

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing Account Management teams in a fast-paced sales cycle, focused on expanding client value through a portfolio of add-on solutions to our core agency management system.
- Strong understanding of sales best-practices & methodologies
- Experience upselling to first-time technology buyers
- Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis in the homecare industry
- Bonus: experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry
- Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.
