Working closely with Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and external partners, the team translates Condé Nast’s storytelling and brand authority into experiences that drive both cultural impact and business results.
We are seeking a Manager, Events to support the production of high-profile experiences across Condé Nast’s portfolio of brands. This role will independently lead custom events and sponsor activations while partnering closely with senior Events Studio teammates on flagship tentpole franchises and large-scale experiential programs. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative producer with strong creative instincts, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class live experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Custom Events & Sponsor Activations
Own end-to-end production for a portfolio of custom events, partner programs, and experiential activations
Lead sponsor activations and key work-streams within larger tentpole franchises across the Events Studio
Manage event execution from initial kickoff through onsite delivery and post-event wrap
Ensure all experiences reflect the creative standards, editorial authority, and cultural relevance of Condé Nast’s brands
Support Event Strategy & Development
Partner with Editorial, Revenue, and Marketing teams during the pre-sale and planning process to support event ideation, budgeting, feasibility planning, and production strategy
Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, timelines, staffing structures, and budgets
Contribute ideas around guest experience, experiential storytelling, programming flow, and production design
Produce Best-in-Class Live Experiences
Oversee production logistics including vendor management, contracting, venue operations, talent logistics, run-of-show development, and onsite management
Create clear scopes of work, timelines, and communication plans to ensure strong cross-functional alignment
Balance creative ambition with thoughtful execution and financial accountability
Uphold consistent production standards across budgeting, procurement, staffing, vendor management, and onsite execution
Collaborate Across the Events Studio
Work fluidly across brands based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise — stepping in where your expertise creates the most value
Partner closely with Events Studio teammates to support the successful execution of tentpole franchises and custom programs
Contribute to a collaborative team culture that prioritizes communication, flexibility, and production excellence
Drive Production Excellence
Maintain clear production documentation, timelines, budgets, and reporting across projects
Support the continued evolution of team workflows, production standards, and operational processes
Participate in post-event recaps and feedback conversations to continuously improve execution across the Events Studio

Ideal Profile:
5–7 years of experience producing live events, experiential campaigns, media events, festivals, or luxury brand experiences
Experience independently managing events or large-scale event work-streams from concept through execution
Strong understanding of experiential production within media, entertainment, fashion, luxury, music, or culture-driven brands
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills
Strong communicator with experience managing vendors, clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Ability to navigate fast-moving environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong creative instincts and passion for audience experience, storytelling, and live events
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to flex across brands, teams, and event formats as business needs evolve
The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
