Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Manager | EU Public Advisory in Estonia (Tallinn or Tartu).

You will:

  • Lead day-to-day project execution by leading teams of at least 2-3 people, proactively managing resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis, effectively leading teams in brainstorming sessions, and guiding analysis;
  • Contribute to company development both locally and internationally;
  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, and data and trends analysis;
  • Create impact through analysis and recommendations on organizational development and governance, financial planning and shaping support and development measures, feasibility studies for investment projects and transformations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis and normative document analysis;
  • Lead problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
  • Participating in the communication and dissemination of the results;
  • Synthesize findings by leading preparation of the reports.

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject (Master's degree is an asset);
  • You have 5+ years of working experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills;

  • You have professional working proficiency in English and are ready to use it as the company’s main working language, both verbally and in writing;
  • You have professional working proficiency in Estonian and are comfortable working with Estonian-speaking clients and delivering projects in Estonian;

Skills Required
