Flint is now hiring a Manager for EU Affairs on Energy and Sustainability, with 5-6 years of experience in the field. As a Manager, you will be responsible for serving our energy and sustainability clients in Brussels. We are seeking a proactive, solution-driven individual who is willing to go the extra mile and possesses excellent attention to detail.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated interest in EU affairs and solid knowledge of energy and sustainability policies.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, enabling you to quickly grasp new and complex subject matters.
- Outstanding written communication skills, with a proven ability to draft clear and concise documents for internal and external audiences with varying degrees of expert knowledge.
- Outstanding oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to non-specialists and convey your message in a humble yet persuasive manner.
- Good project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to prioritize, plan, and schedule tasks proactively and independently, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to working within teams. You should be comfortable collaborating with both internal colleagues and external clients or stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in other EU languages is an advantage.
