Why This Role Matters

What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end ERP deployment from design handover through go-live and stabilization
- Drive execution across testing, data readiness, training, and cutover
- Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, program teams, and integration partners
- Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts across multiple workstreams
- Identify and mitigate risks early to protect timelines and business continuity
- Champion change management and user adoption across the organization
- Ensure alignment with global milestones, KPIs, and standardized processes
What We Need (Non-Negotiables)
- Proven success leading ERP implementations in complex, global environments
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Experience leading teams and holding others accountable to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years leading ERP deployments or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Previous people leadership experience required
Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in Olathe, KS (4 days onsite expected)
- Up to 25% travel (primarily domestic, occasional international)
- Fast-paced environment with firm deadlines and high visibility
