What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Execute compliance and performance testing on beverage equipment such as dispensers, coolers, and vending machines, ensuring alignment with internal KORE standards and external regulatory requirements. 

  • Set up, calibrate, and operate complex lab instrumentation and test rigs while maintaining organized and efficient lab workflows. 

  • Maintain and upgrade the Engineering Lab infrastructure, ensuring availability and readiness of tools, materials, and digital resources for ongoing compliance activities. 

  • Develop and refine testing procedures, operating manuals, and documentation to support standardization, certification, and internal quality validation requirements. 

  • Collect, record, and analyze test results using digital tools, identifying anomalies and supporting resolution through actionable insights. 

  • Generate detailed compliance reports and performance summaries for use in certifications, design refinement, and stakeholder updates. 

  • Assist in IoT-based monitoring and data analysis for deployed equipment to identify trends affecting compliance and performance reliability. 

  • Support certification submissions by ensuring technical documentation meets regulatory and KORE specifications across regions. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to troubleshoot identified design issues, ensuring timely resolution aligned to project timelines. 

  • Engage in cross-functional efforts that bridge engineering, quality, and innovation initiatives, contributing to modernization of testing capabilities and improved validation processes. 

 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering considered). 

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or engineering support roles within a consumer goods, foodservice, or equipment-related industry. 

  • Proficiency in executing hands-on testing and validation, including lab equipment calibration and maintenance. 

  • Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. 

  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot testing methodologies and equipment configurations while adhering to compliance protocols. 

  • Knowledge of IoT-enabled systems and data-driven analytics for equipment performance monitoring preferred. 

  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems, including dispensers, coolers, and vending technology. 

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional engineering projects and external supplier engagements. 

  • Strong organizational ability to maintain streamlined testing workflows and deliver accurate documentation under evolving timelines. 

  • Adaptability in adopting new testing technologies and compliance processes to enable continuous improvement and innovation.
