Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking a Manager Enterprise Wide Applications 2 to support classified programs at our El Segundo or Palmdale, CA location.
Note: Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply, only if they are willing to work on-site, full-time at our El Segundo or Palmdale, CA campus.
The Manager Enterprise Wide Applications 2 will lead a team that administers and supports a portfolio of engineering, shop floor, and business applications in both classified and unclassified environments. This role is responsible for reliable, secure operations of COTS and custom applications, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to the following:
Lead and develop a team of application administrators/analysts supporting enterprise engineering and business applications.
Own day-to-day administration and roadmap for related engineering tools, including integrations.
Oversee application operations for shop floor and business systems: configuration, access, license management, and issue resolution.
Manage incident, problem, and change processes; coordinate communications for outages and major changes.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements in classified and unclassified environments; support audits and accreditation.
Act as primary point of contact for engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders, as well as software vendors and service providers.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in application support and delivery.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
Applicants must have an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) in order to be considered; the required security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
The selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance as a condition of continued employment.
2+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing complex application-related projects (formal or informal leadership).
Experience supporting enterprise applications, including COTS and custom solutions, in production environments.
Hands-on experience with PLM/engineering applications (preferably Teamcenter).
Familiarity with IT service management (incident/problem/change) and SDLC/DevSecOps concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace/defense or similar secure, regulated environments.
Direct Teamcenter administration and CAD/CAE/ERP integration experience.
Experience supporting shop floor/manufacturing systems.
ITIL, PMP, Agile/SAFe, or platform-specific certifications.

Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
