The Manager, Global Risk Management will be a key player in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our global operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive international experience, capable of navigating complex risk landscapes and influencing risk policies that shape the entire organization. You will be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team committed to proactively managing risks and ensuring the resilience of the company in a fast-paced global environment.

Let's Talk About the Role:

• Oversee the annual Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment, preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with risk stakeholders and department owners to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies. Follow through to ensure plans are effectively implemented and monitor progress.
• Guide the development and implementation of risk management frameworks across functions, ensuring they meet global standards. Lead the creation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to enhance the company’s risk awareness.
• Lead the assessment and continuous improvement of business continuity plans, ensuring the company is prepared for any operational disruptions on a global scale.
• Manage the global portfolio of insurance policies, including Product Liability, Business Interruption, Corporate and General Liability, Marine Cargo, Cyber, Business Travel, and Professional Indemnity. Ensure effective claim management processes are in place.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance coverage to ensure comprehensive risk management. Provide recommendations to senior leadership on optimizing coverage and mitigating risk exposure.
• Lead the functional risk management assessments, ensuring that mitigation plans and risk coverage are aligned with the broader ERM framework.
• Design and execute strategic risk mitigation initiatives to protect the company's assets, reputation, and operations. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk management strategies into the broader corporate strategy.
• Influence and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a proactive culture of risk management across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes, adjusting risk strategies as needed to maintain resilience in a dynamic global environment.

Let's Talk About You:

• 6+ years of experience in an ERM role, preferably within a large multinational company or consulting firm, with a proven ability to assess and mitigate risks in complex global environments.
• Proven expertise in leading risk management initiatives and a strong understanding of how to integrate risk management with broader organizational strategies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with the ability to design and execute risk mitigation plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 27001, NIST, and HITRUST CSF.
• Relevant certifications in risk management are highly desirable.
