Position Overview

Do you have a customer first mindset? Are you interested in helping us build and evolve our customer success organization to improve the quality of our services and overall experience and success of our customers? If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Manager to guide our Central EMEA Customer Success team to help Autodesk's customers with Enterprise Business Agreements create long-term success by implementing an array of services to accelerate customer business goals and increase adoption.

You will report into the Director, Enterprise Customer Success for North & Central EMEA and play a big role in ensuring that we meet our consumption, consulting revenue, value realization and customer sentiment goals for the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional team of experienced Customer Success Managers (CSM) responsible for our biggest accounts within the Manufacturing industry in DACH
  • Improve customer adoption by creating customer outcomes
  • Focus the team to develop Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer outcomes
  • Establish own relationships with customers where helpful for customer engagement
  • Work with extended leadership group to agree on common targets, strategies and activities to grow the region
  • Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent and coach your team on a regular base
  • Guide your team through change by providing an inspirational picture of the future state, instilling a positive culture to promote new ways of working and innovation
  • Create a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at work

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing businesses
  • Established track record of accountability and responsibility
  • Empathy for customers and passion for growth
  • Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as a sponsor
  • Experience conducting quarterly business reviews and communicating our internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with business and technology trends in the Manufacturing industry
  • Leadership experience within customer facing teams
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Experience with value drivers in recurring revenue business models
