About the Role:

  • Maintain and operate electrical equipment and ensure safety of people and property; must have knowledge of high‑end electrical systems and their operation.
  • Communicate regularly with staff across departments to disseminate critical health, safety, and operational information.
  • Manage and audit efficient maintenance and statutory inspections for all facilities, including electrical installations, emergency systems, and infrastructure compliance reporting
  • Inspect and monitor building systems such as lifts, DG sets, HVAC, fire services, water and electricity supply, and civil works; ensure proper upkeep of logbooks and checklists.
  • Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports and maintain building-related records and service agreements.

About You:

  • Strong technical knowledge of high‑end electrical equipment, building engineering systems, and safe operating procedures.
  • Experience managing statutory inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and compliance across HVAC, electrical, fire safety, water systems, lifts, and other building infrastructure.
  • Ability to maintain engineering documentation, service agreements, logbooks, and inspection checklists with accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure timely dissemination of safety and operational information.
  • Proven capability in preparing daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports and supporting technical oversight for property operations.
